Ordered two items on line with the Asda click and collect facility, made a time slot at the selected store, paid in full, went to collect to find that one of the items were out of stock, now I have to wait for a refund. Why are items advertised on the web site, when being out of stock. I will not be using Asda's click and collect facility again.
