Recently placed an order on line. Decided to return some of the items to the store service was shocking, man took my bag didn't seal it gave me a return number. I received no notification via email of the return. A week later I decided to call customer services again shocking service, they couldn't track my parcel after 20 minutes I was rather agitated. Still not sure what's happening regarding my refund. My advice is return items via the post, not the store. Or don't put yourself through it in the first place. Such a shame as my nearest store is 30minutes away.
