Visited Asda store in Hinckley on Thursday 1st August 2019 at around 5pm to buy a few bits - including coat hangers.
Approached a "Happy to help" lady called Steph, who could not have been more helpful. She even laughed and joked with us as she took us to the hangers and helped get what we needed.
Really brightened our day - and went the extra mile to help us quickly.
