ASDA has the worst customer service I… ASDA has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t care about customers at all. They have suspended my account for “too many refunds “ despite them messing up my orders time and time again. I never once complained, I happily accepted mistake after mistake. I even received an order covered in spilt milk which required refunds and they stop my account! The quality of the produce is below standard and the attitude of customer service especially the team based at head office in Leeds is appalling. The confrontational tone in email is way below how a customer should be treated. I would prefer to give no stars! I will never shop in an ASDA shop or online again and will be telling everyone how awful they are. Please Shop in Sainsbury’s/ Aldi or any other supermarket, anything other than ASDA!
