Furious! I ordered a George coat 5 days ahead. Website asked me which day I wanted to collect so I put the date in. Went to collect at 11am, not yet delivered, went in again at 2.45 still not delivered. Was told by the shop assistant that orders can come in any time up to 5pm on the requested date! That's ridiculous. If they ask you what date you want it they should have it ready from when the store opens, not 5pm at night! Very shoddy service!
