On the 20/12/19 i went to asda Cannock about 18.30 after shopping i left my bag on the trolly didn't realise till I got home I raced back and saw mac moving trollies he told me that he found it and was at customer service. I went to collect my bag and tried to reward mac but that's not company policy. I found him and thanked him for his kindness and honesty he wished me a happy Xmas which made me cry as this year has been challenging. He is a credit to asda and I would love to reward him.
