I placed an order online and found I could pick it up at my local Asda (Barry), even though it wasn’t an Asda order. I had to wait 20-25 minutes for my parcel. I was first in the queue. There were 3 people waiting in the end and the man brought all 3 together, which I understand,
but I do feel the waiting time is excessive. The last time I picked up an Asda order I waited over 20 minutes, too. I don’t consider this is a good service.
