Asda Harrogate is the worst shopping experience ever. Forced onto self checkout as short of staff and long queues at the few ‘manned’ tills. Just returned an item and dealt with by a very rude member of staff. Insisted on seeing a manager who wasn’t much better. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customers.
