I have just been to my local store in South ruislip and with all the security and restrictions in place by government it was very amateurisly run. I was asked to go to self scanning as I had a small trolley. It was faster but people were standing too close together. I didn't recognise some of staff probably brought in from head office with not a clue about retail trade. Tesco waitrose and sainsburys got the right idea. My friend just been Aldi and very good there.
