Wish to send a big thanks to fratna on customer services park royal store, during this coronavirus pandemic, fratna went out of her way to help my 90yr old father get his shopping as I live in Wales and usually get his shopping done online for him, but for weeks and still now no slots available, she went out of her way to help personally so I do hope Asda give her the recognition she so deserves!!
