We had a home delivery midweek pass but can't get any slots. We paid for these but there is no mechanism to get through to get a refund. My wife is categorised as very vunrable as she has a condition which had destroyed her immune system. Every time I go shopping she is st risk from me. I am now have g to self isolate in out own home thanks to Asda not honouring our pre paid slots and placing her life at risk. Vunrable. I appreciate things are difficult right now but this is appalling service. We have been with Asda for year's and this is how they treat us.
