The first ever time I ordered from asda, I was overcharged, they lost my order and told me it didn't exist, and when I spoke to customer service I had 2 advisors hang up on me!! First one because I asked to speak to a different advisor!! The second one because I questioned ablut a refund the money I wasted placing an order that didn't arrive!! After speaking to my bank it was confirmed that asda DID take the money and I had to get them to do a charge back from asda!!!
Absolutely despicable for your advisors to hang up on me!! Think they need to rethink being a customer service advisor, no customer service was given just bad attitude!
