Asda having recently switched providers for their credit card have left their customers, who are owed money (by the previous provider of Asda cards) high and dry.
The Asda Credit Card was closed on 13 June and we are still owed nearly £600 by the company. Some others are owed much more but Asda have effectively washed their hands of the whole matter. This is customer service at its worst and shows Asda’s contempt for their customers.
