Incredibly awful service. Online order never arrived. No contact from Asda so telephoned customer services who gave a new delivery time that conveniently was exactly the same time as their phone lines closed. Delivery never arrived. Phoned the next day and was promised an email to arrange a new delivery time. Never arrived and looked on Asda online and it said my order was cancelled. No explanation or apology from Asda despite them being aware that I’m on the vulnerable list.
