Non existent customer service. Cancelled online order but couldn’t be bothered telling us. We phoned them but they said order would come later(it didn’t) Phoned next day and was told we’d get an email to reschedule (we didn’t). Find out eventually that Asda cancelled the order without even contacting us despite them being aware I’m on the vulnerable list.
