Worst company to buy from.
Should had read the 217 complaints with the BBB in the past 3 years before buying. Spent almost $2000 and get a damaged flip tree (bent tree and broken stand).
It weighs 115lbs and they want me to box it and ship it back. They should pay to have it picked up.
They offered nothing for this terrible experience other than holding my funds hostage until its returned.
