I purchased 2 matching balsam hill trees. I have had my trees for 3 Christmas seasons. When I began to set up my trees this year they both have several light issues. I called customer service, the agent laughed at me when I asked for help. I have watched every YouTube video, I have changed all fuses, and master bulbs and the lights still do not work. Balsam hill makes junk products that only last 1 or 2 seasons. I paid $699 for each of these trees... I am so incredibly angry that they are junk.
DO NOT BUY.... OVER PRICED JUNK
