Terrible customer service, I am returning my lovely tree on principle after being lied to by customer services. Too many times. Do not use this company, you will regret it!
We certainly do, they have caused upset and ruined what was supposed to be a uplift in people’s Christmas spirit after the unusual year we have all had. Shame on you Balsam Hill.
