Worst Customer Service I have ever received! Balsam Hill repeatedly lied to me about delivery status of order
And after numerous wasted hours on hold was either hung-up on or was disconnected and no-one ever returned calls. I was charged a restocking fee of $99 for returning a duplicate tree that BalsamHill erroneously shipped to me! I will never recommend this company to anyone and will strongly advise against dealing with this company!
