2nd year setting up top of tree would not light. After trying everything in manual, check/replacing fuses and checking plugs I called customer service all they did is read back instructions from manual. Finally added my own string to top.
This year only one string of white on bottom section will light. Out goes the tree. Second Balsam Hill tree I have thrown out after just 2 years use. Should have learned the first time. DO NOT waste your money with this company.
