I have been waiting since January 2021 for a replacement for my remote, transformer, and receiver.
Three times this week, Balsam Hill sent me a set of lights because of all the trouble I'm having getting the replacement parts.
Three times this week, Balsam Hill, sent the lights to the wrong address.
The first two times I called Balsam Hill, and their agents, including a supervisor, assured me the package would be sent to the correct address.
Bottom line is, Balsam Hill sent the third package to the same INCORECT address as the first two.
