Purchased the tree four years ago, after five hours of fluffing the tree still has holes.
Last year two sections of lights went out, this year two more. The only section of lights that now work are in the very top. This is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money that was spent. Customer Service was rude and no help at all. Do not waste your money or time with this company!!
