Talked to customer service today because tree does not light. Best guess he came up with is that it's the adapter. Tree still under warranty but they could not find my name in their data base. I no longer have the receipt
He would no longer help me and I was told I can't buy an adapter from their company. Basically told me to throw tree away. Spent a lot on this tree and now it's garbage. Don't buy Balsam Hill!
