BUYER BEWARE - - DO NOT SHOP AT BALSAM HILL!
I purchased over $4,000 of xmas decorations/tree a few months ago and when I went to set things up, one of the items had lights that did not turn on. When I called to get help on this matter, they told me that the warranty was expired (bought 2-3 months) and there wasn't anything they could do.
I had no words and was completely shocked by the way they treated me as a customer who spent a lot of money with their business.
