I guess Balsam Hills rating of 1.3 stars and says a lot about its credibility. Ordered a tree and it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Never arrived, no shipping status, nothing. Tried to log in with my credentials and a "data does not exist" message is returned. I sent email to the company, and it was returned as a non-existent email address even though it a link on the email confirming my order.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
