I don’t think this company gets enough credit.
I had a few issues and they responded to my email in 7 MINUTES.
This company is on top of it and the quality is amazing.
Looks like issues people have are with the lighted trees.
I highly recommend there trees and non toxic which is huge with kids/pets
( did not get a tree with lights btw as lights go out so I put on my own)
