I wish I had researched Balsam Hill Customer Service before ordering a tree. My tree was to arrive in 2 boxes. I was charged $1900.00 for the tree and have only received half the tree. The tracking information shows the label was created but no movement of the other half of the tree for 2 weeks. Customer Service just gives you standard answers and getting in touch with a supervisor is almost impossible.
I have asked for my money back and am having difficulty with that process. I am going to have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
