I bought the narrow blue spruce tree in November 2019.
It’s been a beautiful tree for my small home, however this year the top section didn’t light
I called customer service and because it’s out of the three year warranty and they discontinued this tree I can’t get another section . They sent me fuses but that didn’t give me positive results.
It’s advertised that balsam hill trees usually are good for 8-10 years.
Very disappointing that there is no remedy for me
I will not buy another tree from balsam hill
