Good grief!!! I thought I read great reviews on these trees prior to buying. I hate the tree I purchased. I told them.. they sent me a lovely u-tube explanation how to make their tree look wonderful and all you had to do was get a partner and spend an hour or two fluffing the lovely expensive 7’ slim tree made in China. I sent lots of pics and I got many responses from dedicated customer service reps trying to help by saying we understand/we’re sorry/what can we do to help... yadayada They have no intention to help. They have a lovely site. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! BE ADVISED.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
