I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing a tree. I bought a tree very late and did not read the fine print on the return policy. Tree was received on 12/22 and unboxed on evening of 12/24. One screw would not go into the stand and a number of branches permanently bent. I emailed Customer Service the next day and was told the item was not eligible for return -- apparently that meant prior to 12/25.
What a ripoff. Do not do business with this company!
