Ordered tree over phone on 23rd Jan 2019, they took my payment immediately. However eight days later received E mail to say that it was difficult to keep accurate stock records and tree no longer available. A refund would follow.
On rechecking their website I found the tree I ordered still available but at a very much higher price! Obviously did not want to honour my order at the lower price!
Very poor impression of this company, please be wary!
