I received 2 Christmas wreaths that were not an appropriate fit for my windows and I needed to return them. There was no invoice or return information in the boxes. I called the customer service number and was told that I would have to pay $10 for each wreath to be returned to them. I was told that I could not put both wreaths in one box and if I did, I would only receive credit for one of the wreaths.
Will return and definitely my last experience with this company.
Extremely poor customer service!.
