I ordered a tree, Garland and a wreath that were ordered to match. Balsam Hill sent the wrong wreath. Instead of making it right, they wanted to charge me with another wreath and shipping.
When I asked about a refund they send me the return labels and an email with the cost of returning...$25 a box.
The absolute worst experience buying online I have ever had.
