I literally fell into the Taunton store, someone took the Mickey, it turned out it was Steve Hawkins company chairman. We dealt with Steve and Harry Harrison both right on top of their business.👍 We bought (cos I like a ‘deal’) 3 en suite showers, doors, sinks, toilets, geberit cisterns, bath, sink, toilet etc, very expensive bathroom units, wc, toilet, we were guided where we could buy a sink we wanted. Tiles for hallway, bathroom and wc. Fantastic service, excellent after sales. We damaged a tile, today we went to the Wellington store (Taunton relocated) Steve actually went to his home and got us some tiles from his surplus (he had the same tiles) to help out. How many company Chairman would do that? Absolute Diamond! Thank you guys, recommended to do many people, now in print.
