My order was delayed by several weeks / which had a subsequent disruptive impact on my project timeline. Multiple contacts with the customer services team had zero effectual impact on this.
When my order eventually arrived - the product I purchased, based on the images provided on the website - was not the product I received. When I queried this, I was informed that the website was out of date and the manufacturer no longer produced the sink I had ordered, so they sent me the sink they produced in place of it. There were a few significant differences between the two products, but I was not consulted or given a choice in the matter before I received it.
Following my complaint I was offered a refund or an exchange. Which I’m sure is an acceptable outcome. However does not in anyway negate the 2 month delay in my project. There was little in the way of acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.
