Bought a bath in what I thought was the bath in the picture. A. Tag without any surround arrives, different to what is advertised. How can you sell a free standing bath without a surround?
Had a real job sending the bath back. Was told I would have to arrange Courrier etc. Only after I threatened to get trading standards and false advertising involved did they accept a return. They then took almost 3 weeks to pick it up
