Their Customer Service team are very friendly and efficient, I had an issue with my order and without any fuss or delay they instantly rectified the problem. Very easy to deal with and their prices were the most competitive. I bought a large Crosswater range from them for 3 bathrooms, their price came out cheaper than other retailers for the same product. It makes such a difference when you deal with a company who have such a great Customer Service Team. I will definitely purchase through them again and have recommended them to friends and family. I need to complete my bathrooms and will definitely use Bathroom Village.
