Excellent order service let down by lack of information on delivery. Telephoned and had to leave message after several tries as just ringing out to warn may not be at home for delivery and then it turned up on doorstep a quarter of an hour later without any warning. Good follow up on left message and lady very apologetic and said we should have had a message re delivery. In the event all ended up well. Thank you.
