Extremely poor staff behavior that doesn’t know the basics of customer service! Stupid rules as the guy on cashier try to explained me, that no one else in the market has !!! I removed the price tag to wear the dress & i noticed 2 tears in the dress. I was honest & not the tag back to the dress & the sales guy told me its rule that when you remove the tag they can’t exchange or refund & he can’t break the rules !!!??? Seriously ?! I would never step in to this cheap shop that doesn’t know anything about value & service. Super cheap staff this company hired to probably reduce their cost.
