Terrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional Staff I visited Bershka at Alexa Mall, Alexanderplatz (Berlin) five times just for one T-shirt – Boxy-Fit Every single time, the staff told me, “Come after 1 hour, the T-shirt is in the warehouse.” And guess what? When I returned after an hour, same excuse again. This happened 3–4 times, next day again same happened and it was clear they were either lying or just didn't care. The staff is extremely rude, lazy, and unhelpful. No proper communication, no effort, no respect for customers' time. I expected better from a brand like Bershka, but this outlet is a joke. If you care about service and basic courtesy, stay away from this store. Totally disappointed.
