I placed an order online and then the courier company Evri that Bershka trusted with my parcel, delivered to the *wrong address* and then after a lot of back & forth I even received an acknowledgement from Evri saying it was their fault. Even though I did nothing wrong, its been more than 2 weeks and Bershka has neither replaced my products nor refunded me. I have been a loyal customer & even a member since years and this has ruined my relationship with the brand. The customer service is HORRENDOUS considering it was completely their fault & yet they still haven’t felt the need to help me out. I am out of money as well as products because of this abysmal service. DO BETTER BERSHKA THIS IS SHAMEFUL
