Ordered my partner her Christmas gift two weeks before and Hermes lost it!
Have had a replacement sent out and Hermes have somehow lost it again.
Boux Avenue's response is that "they are at the mercy of the courier"
Not good enough, they are happy to take your Money without supplying a product or by recent reviews not even refunding!
