ordered some items for my wife's birthday that were said to be dispatched but never were! ordered 11 days prior to her birthday so plenty of time, i never received items so my wife was quite disappointed and i was in the bad books.
contacted Boux several times and issue never got sorted and was just given a refund. a waste of time, I'll never place an order with Boux again.
