Ordered in the USA after reading I would be allowed to return items - no !! Tried to return to no avail! There was no order number on the packaging nor a packing slip. I tried contacting them by email, chat, etc. They refused to help me without an order number. I provided all my information. ZERO HELP! Now I’m out $123.00. This company is horrible.
