I ordered a very expensive birthday gift for my disabled daughter who lives in a different state, and paid for express shipping for the gift to arrive on her birthday. I very clearly put the shipping information as my daughters name and her address in Virginia. Just a couple of minutes after I placed the order, I received a confirmation email saying it was being shipped to me in Tennessee, so I reached out IMMEDIATELY (roughly 2-3 minutes after receiving the email) to let them know they made a mistake on the shipping address, and I once again gave them the correct shipping address in VA. I received an email today (2 days after placing order) saying it was shipped to the wrong address and to return it to them when I receive it and they will then credit my card so I can re-order again for it to be resolved in roughly 30 days. I called today and spoke with a supervisor (Jodi) who said there is nothing they can do. She didn’t even apologize for what happened, even after acknowledging they made a mistake by shipping it to the wrong address. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER. I trusted you with a very special birthday occasion for my disabled daughter and you ruined it. You didn’t even TRY to fix YOUR mistake. Shame on you Bradford Exchange!
