You take WAY too long to send/ship any product that is ordered from your company. Do you only have 1 employee? You are located in the US....what on earth could take so long? I've received personalized items from China faster. I ordered 2 items on November 6th, well ahead of the traditional holiday shopping season, and your website said I could receive as early as November 22nd. That was a complete lie. When I emailed for an update on November 20th, you stated it would take at least 4 weeks to arrive. A total lack of customer service and a complete case of false advertising to get people to place orders. The items finally arrived on December 7th and neither one was worth the wait. Never again.
