I order a clock in July 2024 and sent a check for the deposit for a christmas present for my daughter. I kept calling and called at the beginging of December they told me that the clock was now on backorder until March 2025. I was so upset I said cancel my order and give my my deposit back. I am still waiting for my deposit to be set to me. I will NEVER order from them again. They have ruined the surprise for my daughter for christmas and I have done alot of business with them.
