Company absolutely useless as one hand doesn't know what the others doing. Ordered John Wayne hurricane lamp and paid full amount 24.11.24. Had two invoices saying final payment still owed, last one today was bullying and intimidating. Had already sent email giving full payment details with amount and finally received email earlier this month that they were requesting full details from their accounts department. I deal with Stoke-on-Trent, England but seems account could be in Illinois, USA. Obviously although the item is fine with their incompetent attitude with regards to customer service when you have a problem I would neither recommend them or ever deal with them again.
