I ordered a simple necklace for Valentines Day. The website had in large letter "Delivery Guaranteed by 2/14". I am writing this on 2/14/25 and UPS states that they have not received the package yet. I called "customer service to find out what is going on. I waited for about 20 minutes before someone answered. I told her my concerns and after a 5 minute hold I was transferred to the rewards department. I thought that it was her way of saying that they had indeed messed up. So, I waited another 15 minutes. When the rep answered she told me that there was nothing that she could do but transfer me back to "catalog". I tried to find another solution but she had none. I told her that the processes were messed up and thatI would never buy from them again. She said that she hears that a lot. As I write I am still waiting for cust serv to answer. It has been 41 minutes.
