Terrible service, dishonest false advertising rude
Terrible very bad service had to ask for apology dealt with x3 so called customer service people. I complained moon coin was dented and scratched in a circulation state far from new or mint highly dissapointed as told I'd receive another in 4 weeks if I returned the old one, which I was prepared to do but as soon as I sent it back they refunded me without explanation, so wrong and disgusting false advertising as clearly selling inferior goods, they must be used to it, clearly all their coins are most likely faulty or they'd of sent me a new one as they said they would. I then had to write to them to stop sending emails and their weekly joke sales magazine...Poor way to run a business, treated like a number, told my complaint was an inquiry, terrible customer service, taking advantage of people's good will. plain rude !
